IMBU analytics can be used in Hazardous Areas

IMBU compressor analytics can be packaged in enclosures and with barriers that allow its use in hazardous areas. IMBU offers certified solutions complying e.g. with Peso, Kosha, Customs Union, Atex, and CSA.

IMBU typically uses the STAHL 8265 series enclosures with barriers in order to provide an intrinsically safe signal. In order to make installation on-site as easy as possible, IMBU can use EXe break-out boxes: a multi-core cable comes out of the EXd box and enters the EXe box where it is further distributed to individual sensors. IMBU typically includes a pole-mount together with the EXd enclosure in order to allow fast and easy installation on-site.
