Online diagnostics DustGuard provides online detailed diagnostics about performance of the asset`s air-filtration. Data Visualization and Online Diagnostics Data trends are available online to the Operator and management, a satellite modem is included allowing uploading of measurements anywhere in the world. Data can be shared with IMBU to allow its engineers to troubleshoot and give relevant suggestions.
DustGuard Testing Working Principle DustGuard uses a laser scattering principle to identify air quality by measuring and categorizing individual dust particles. The µg particle content and particle quantity is reported on a range individual basis for PM1, PM2.5, PM4, and PM10. It checks the air coming from each individual manifold (in case of having a diesel engine set-up with multiple turbo-chargers) to get highly accurate readings.
